Bushed pin type couplingIt is to use a column pin with an elastic sleeve (rubber material) on one end, which is installed in the flange holes of the two halves of the coupling to achieve the connection of the two halves of the coupling. The structure of the elastic sleeve column pin coupling is relatively simple, easy to manufacture, does not require lubrication, does not need to bond with metal vulcanization, is easy to replace the elastic sleeve, does not need to move the half coupling, and has certain compensation for the relative displacement of the two shafts and vibration damping and buffering performance. The working of the elastic sleeve is subject to compression deformation. Due to the thin thickness and small volume of the elastic sleeve, the elastic deformation is limited. Therefore, although the elastic sleeve column pin coupling can compensate for axial displacement and elasticity, the allowable compensation amount for axial displacement is relatively small, and the elasticity is weak. The elastic sleeve column pin coupling relies on the locking force of the column pin group to generate frictional torque on the contact surface, and compresses the rubber elastic sleeve to transmit torque. Suitable for small and medium power shaft transmission systems with good base rigidity, high centering accuracy, low impact load, and low vibration reduction requirements.
