The working of the elastic sleeve is subject to compression deformation. Due to the thin thickness and small volume of the elastic sleeve, the elastic deformation is limited. Therefore, although the elastic sleeve column pin coupling can compensate for axial displacement and elasticity, the allowable compensation amount for axial displacement is relatively small, and the elasticity is weak. The elastic sleeve column pin coupling relies on the locking force of the column pin group to generate frictional torque on the contact surface, and compresses the rubber elastic sleeve to transmit torque. Suitable for small and medium power shaft transmission systems with good base rigidity, high centering accuracy, low impact load, and low vibration reduction requirements.
